Words like “epidemic” have been used to describe the rise of obesity in the United States – but there is hope. Through her intensely personal story of transformation from obesity to fitness, Erin Findley shows that shifting the focus from seeing weight as the problem to seeing weight as a symptom is essential to creating a life that brings both health and joy.

About Erin

Erin Findley is a motivational speaker, sharing her struggles, hope, and victory through personal experience battling with weight. She is also a counselor who has been working with clients since 2008. She has a master’s degree in clinical psychology and will complete her doctorate in clinical psychology in a few months.
