Millions of Americans struggle with losing weight on a daily basis. It’s as if the excess weight is a backpack full of bricks that they battle with daily to get rid of. Under this stress the body is physically unable to change. In this very personal account of her own weight loss and health struggle, Jessica Procini talks about the crucial shifts, and why, they must take place physically and mentally in order for the body to release the weight.

About Jessica

As a weight loss coach, Jessica’s mission is to help individuals like you, connect the dots between what you eat to lose weight. Exploring her own path to health and weight loss struggle firsthand showed her how transformative diet and lifestyle changes can be. So she pursued her own training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating so she could help other frustrated people achieve the body they’ve always wanted without deprivation, calorie counting or giving up chocolate.
