All too often, emerging women thought leaders struggle on the path to becoming professional speakers and in building their platform. And it has nothing to do with the value of their message or the power of their gift to share it.
Speaker agencies and bureaus won’t take you on unless you have a resume of paying speaking gigs. And then, even if you are brought on by a speaker agency or bureau, though they might list you on their site for clients to see, they spend the majority of their time promoting only their highest paid speakers.
Furthermore, in order to get to the level where you are paid to speak, you need to have a solid resume of speaking experience that shows you and your message have clout.
However, most women with big messages to share are extremely busy with their businesses, families and other commitments. They simply don’t have the time or bandwidth to do all of the logistical and relationship building legwork that is required to build their speaking resumes.
The result – they have a desire to speak on big stages, to have their message spread far and wide, and to make good money doing it – but it’s not happening. It hurts the potential for their careers and contributions, and it hurts their hearts.

We will handle ALL of the leg work of building these relationships on your behalf.
We will pitch you. We will cheerlead for you.
We will take care of all applications to speak at events that will take your career to a whole new level.
We will let our network of companies and event organizers know that YOU are the woman that will transform the lives of their audiences.
We will build clout and prestige around YOUR name, and get you to the point where you get paid to speak.
Above all else, we will provide solid support you can count on to help you land speaking engagements.
Initially, my team and I will work to support you in getting your marketing solid so we can effectively promote you to corporate, conference and event organizers. We will focus initially on a strategy that involves landing speaking engagements that may or may not be paid, with the intent to build your speaking resume and develop credibility as a speaker.
The goal is to get you being paid for your speaking engagements as soon as possible, and also to land high caliber engagements with conferences and events that, even if unpaid, expand your exposure, reach and reputation.
We will meet in the first month to create a marketing plan for your speaking services (speaker page, any videos, etc).
You and your agent will also meet for two hours in each of the first three months to solidify and iron out your strategy, while your agent begins reaching out to organizations on your behalf.
Each week ongoingly, you have a 20-30 minute check in call with your agent to hear about progress and discuss current opportunities.
My team’s time will be spent developing a solid strategy for landing your engagements and in doing all the outreach and logistics management. We will develop a comprehensive list of speaking locations and contacts and will continue to add to that list. We will develop relationships with these organizations and let them know about you and your work and will pitch you to speak at their events. We will manage a database for you of any and all potential events and conferences and companies for whom we are managing relationships with on your behalf and stay on top of pitching to them and applying for you to speak at their events.
With your approval and agreement as to your speaker fee, we will negotiate on your behalf to land speaking engagements with pay. We will also negotiate other terms that benefit you: travel stipends, mailing about you and your work to the conference’s attendees or organization’s members, and other ways of increasing the attendees’ exposure to you and your work.
At the end of every 30 days, we provide a detailed assessment of the strategy, what actions we have taken in representing you and what outcomes have been achieved.
This work relationship is meant to be a long-term relationship, as we will focus on building long-term relationships between you and the organizers of conferences and events. While some will be immediate yes’s to you coming to speak, some we will seed with the intent to manifest speaking engagements down the line (especially for more notable/high profile events).
We are aligning our fee structure to reflect this long-term arrangement, with a focus on getting you paid engagements as soon as possible.
The monthly retainer is $1500.
Our commission for your speaking engagements is 20% of your total speaking fee (this is industry standard).
The monthly retainer will be waived in each month that the speaker fee commission paid to us has gone over $1500.
We ask for a 12 month agreement.
Our objective and intention is to get you on stages that meet our agreed upon objectives and standards, to have your message spread to those that need it, to develop your following, tribe and reputation, and to support you in making money through speaking engagements.
We are here to support you and to provide highly responsive customer care when you need it, have ideas or have questions.
